The staff was very nice. The location was great and peaceful. The room had an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk.

Appealing hotel, we liked this place.

Amicable staff and absolutely perfect location to the bus terminal, everything was very good. The rooms were modern and airy in general, with kitchen. Location: the hotel was just next door to other local towns stop about a 10 minute walk away, the Port ferries and a restaurant until after 8 clk in th evening.

Perfect location - close enough to the city center of Algeciras as well as buses to La Linea and other local towns...

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff is very attentive and pays attention to detail. Situated by the big port, this hotel has a great location in the city centre.

They don't have a swiming pool

We stayed in a hotel situated in the city center, which was close to the bus terminal, the harbor, and some nice restaurants. the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was polite. we enjoyed buying drinks at the mini casino, which was a nice facility provided by the hotel.

The breakfast was tasteless and had a limited variety of food.

Rooms are modern and have nice beds, bathroom, flatscreen tvs, and wifi. Very clean and the place is easy to access and about ten minutes away from port for ferries.

Parking in the garage is another 10,80 Euro. Tarifa is a much better town. I will never go back to Algeciras unless you are set on going to Ceunta. Its safe, just really industrial and depressing.

The dividing walls between rooms are extremely thin. We discovered that the bathroom and toilet of the adjacent room was directly next to where we were sleeping having been woken at 1.00am by guests returning next door and having heard them using the lavatory and then taking showers over the course of the next hour, we probably had about 4 hours sleep. Secondly, the narrow lift that goes down to the internal garage is an accident waiting to happen. As the lift door opens there and without much light, you are confronted with 5/6 steep steps immediately in front of it. The door starts to close after only a few seconds and as in our case, with 3 pieces of luggage, it was lucky that the one of them got caught between the doors as they were closing or it could have been one of us. Particularly dangerous for families with young children.

Convenient location near grocery shops and department store. Upgraded to spacious penthouse apartment. Access to well-equipped fitness center for free. Helpful and friendly staff. Hassle-free car return with Hertz kiosk in lobby. Free shuttle to Tarifa for easy ferry access.

The cost of parking in their car park. High price for breakfast. Quite a walk to town.

We stayed at the NH because of location, next to Algeciras indoor pool as our children were competing there. The staff were excellent really nice and helpful. Rooms very modern and large. We had an adjoining room for the children which was great. Secure car park.
